  • $800 – $1,200

  • Includes stress physiology education, layered breath techniques, and practices to improve energy, clarity, and team cohesion.

Monthly Breathwork Series

  • Build long-term resilience with weekly sessions tailored to your team’s needs.

  • $2,500+ / month (4 sessions)

  • Includes optional custom themes (focus, emotional regulation, leadership energy) and email recaps for integration.

Corporate Retreat Add-Ons

  • Bring breathwork into your next offsite or leadership event.

  • $3,500 – $6,000

  • Half-day retreat experiences with breathwork, nervous system training, mindfulness, optional cold exposure or movement (where applicable).
